I purchased this set for myself for Christmas. The main reason I purchased this set was so that I could put it in the dishwasher. Thought I would save water! I gave away my old set. When I read the use and care it said its BEST to HANDWASH it. UGH!

Great set for great price

I bought this set a few years ago and I love it! I was hoping to get another set or two as gifts! The cookware extremely durable and made very well. I love the silicon handles because they don't get hot quickly and it's easy to get a good grip even with wet hands. The nonstick surface is so wonderful and it makes clean up a breeze, not mention it's dishwasher safe which is a necessity for me. I love everything about this set and brand! Amazing quality and long lasting!

I was so excited for these. I'm honestly 50 50.  I do like cooking with them, not too heavy and looked nice at first . But, these are NOT dishwasher safe.  The red has faded and has a little bit of an odd texture on a few of them. Just ordered these around 16 days ago and sams club said sorry cant do anything.   I do know that this isnt due to hard water this is a product issue.

Purchased this set of pans from Black Friday sales and received it fairly quickly. However, when I opened and inspected them the skillet was warped. Since I was reluctant to brace the Christmas shopping crowds to return it, I immediately went online to contact the company, since they had a great warranty policy. The website had very straight forward instructions on how to report the damaged item. I received a reply as an immediate recognition of my email. The following day I received an email from customer service asking a few more details about the skillet. Within two weeks I received the new skillet without having to box up and ship the defective one back to the company first or at all!  As I have not really had enough time to rate the pans themselves, I would highly recommend this company on their warranty alone!
