Specifications are good. But it comes with Windows 10, which is the previous version. Current version is Windows 11.

Died 3 months after warranty expired
Bought this in May 2024, worked ok for about 11 months, then started getting random BSOD while playing Fortnite. When rebooting, it would only go the repair Windows screen, then reboot again. Only way to stop it was to shut down PC and wait for about 5 mins then it would restart ok. Finally on one BSOD, it would only boot to the BIOS screen and won't even recognize the Hard drive. No boot option to select it in the BIOS. Wouldn't you know it's just a few months (5) past the warranty expiration date and I have a $1600 pile of electronics that won't turn on.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. This PC not working after 3 months warranty expired is a random problem. If the BIOS will not detect the hardrive, shutdown and unplug the power cable, disconnect any third-party hardware connected to the PC, do a system reboot and go to the BIOS setup page and load optimize default settings. If the hardrive was detected, try to perform a Clud Recovery. Yesterdays Specs for Today’s Prices
I didn’t even know this system is 5 years old until a PC nerd friend of mine informed me about this. At 1500 dollars you can do a lot better than this system, which apparently was new back in 2020! These have been sitting in Sam’s Clubs warehouse for so long that when I checked the warranty on them from Asus, it says “Expired” in my unit. Return!

Where are the two hot swap ports? What is the red light on the handle for? Why did the sound disappear after I downloaded to Windows 11?
