It was delivered 12 days later than the original date and after nearly a dozen phone calls with the shiping agent. I installed the battery and handles. Both worked as they should. The supports for the upper shelve were installed by someone that didn't understand torque. All of the screws had stripped the shelving material. I had to drill and install bolts for it to have the necessary support.

I have had issues with battery and the locking system. Today I was locked out. Called for advice, asked to remove the inside door panel. The problem was two screws holding the panel on are too long. They hit the locking bar and stops it from opening. I will add washers to the screws or they could be cut. Battery is not lasting. They are sending another electronic board. I have had this safe since 2001. I hope this will help someone.

I would write a rating for this if I bought it. Before I would consider such a purchase, sight unseen - of a presumably heavy thing, I would need to know it's actual dimensions and weight. I see mention of a 72" height. That is one of three important dimensions. Weight is also important to me, since I would be installing it myself. I think I will buy something else - so I dont have any surprises and find that it will not fit through the doorway.
