Controller works great to me it feels a bit lighter then previous models and the red color is more like a orange red

I had my eye on this color and controller for quite some time. Very much worth the wait, especially with the Black Friday special!

Got it and it never worked. Been trying to get it replaced and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone.
