We could smell these great aroma as soon as we opened the bottle yummy. 2 glasses and Me an my daughter enjoyed this at first, taste a little bitter after the I want to say 3rd sip it taste really smooth and we felt relaxed an a little giggly I may add. lol priced right I will definitely purchase again. It’s such a great value for the money and the flavors are incredible. I think this is a great wine to take to a party or to have on hand at home for celebrations too. Definitely recommend it!

We typically host holidays, and with the holidays coming up in our family being big wine drinkers, I can already tell you that the Bota Box will be a hit. Packaging, functionality and flavor profile are all 10/10. The Cabernet Sauvignon is warm, embodying and delightful as it hits your tongue. Perfect for the holidays and staying warm inside with family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I’m not usually a boxed-wine kind of girl. However, I was familiar with the Bota Box brand thanks to a friend who regularly recommends it despite normally being much more of a wine snob than me. I’ve been curious, so I jumped at the chance to sample and review this Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to Influenster’s rebate program. I’m pleasantly surprised! This is a full-bodied cab, dry but still fruit-forward. It’s smooth with a pleasant finish; we tried it with a cheese board, and it paired especially well with Brie and smoked Gouda. And the box is so convenient — no more wrestling the cork back into place (and no more making excuses about why we might as well just finish the bottle, lol). I’ll be adding Bota Box varieties into my regular wine rotation. It just goes to show you — you can’t judge a wine by its package.

Maybe I bought a bad box or a bad batch, but I was expecting more flavor given the title and it tasted pretty flat. Just bought today and after one sip I am considering tossing the whole box. I’ve had other varietals from this brand but not loving this one.

While living through a pandemic with 4 kids this wine has been a highlight in my life. I love the bready smell and smooth texture. Pairing this with freshly baked bread (thanks hubby) and some aged sharp cheddar is delightful.

I've been buying Bota Box wines for years. This cab has a wonderful smooth and fruity flavor with a hint of spice, packaged in a convenient and environmentally friendly carton. The wine stays fresh, and I never have an issue with the spigot.
