I purchased the Bota Box Cabernet since I am most familiar with Cab wines. I liked that the box is totally recycled because it shows the company cares about the environment. It was easy to open and retrieve the pour spout. The wine had a bouquet of blackberry and spice. The taste was a light bodied red wine Cabernet. It tasted young and perhaps could have aged a tad more. However, it was a very refreshing dry Cabernet and I enjoyed drinking it with a steak dinner. It paired well with a few dinners and didn’t give me a headache from sulfites. I would buy again but wish it had a little more age or body to it. I love the convenience of the box and that it can just sit on the counter. I’ve tried other box wines and would rate this as one of my top three box Cabernets.

I tried the Cabernet Sauvignon Red which is usually my go to flavor and I am now a fan. Give this brand a try! I love the box and spout system of this one as I usually have a hard time getting corks off of regular wine bottles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit, I don’t often drink box wines, but I was having a lot of people over and it made sense to get a few boxes. There is 3 L of wine in every box. I chose this one because it has been awarded 145 gold medals by wine enthusiast. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a nice Cabernet a little bit on the sweet side, but very palatable, very fruity.. I could definitely taste the cherry and peppercorn, it is a jammy wine. We were having a barbecue and this wine was perfect You don’t have to have any corkscrews and it will stay fresh for a long time although for us, there was none left to save :)  I like that the boxes recyclable, and I will be buying again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like to splurge on wine I cook with. The botabox cab is perfect to have in the fridge for hearty winter dishes. I made a pot roast with it tonight! Definitely not bad to drink either. It has a very light mouthfeel and mild flavor. Slightly tannic with some dark fruit notes like plum of blackberry. I plan to use some for a mulled wine cocktail which I think it will be perfect for.

We’ve tried most of them, but this Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine is our favorite. It has such a great taste and for such a good price. The box is perfect for pouring without needing to put a cork back in like you would a bottle of wine. You get a large amount for less than a regular bottle and that’s a win in this household! Definitely recommend trying this wine if you like reds but a perfect starter to someone unsure if they’ll like them or not.

This is a jammy medium/full-bodied red wine and it is so delicious. This is the perfect thing to bring to your picnics and backyard barbecues this summer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off with the price point, this wine is definitely affordable. It's not the cheapest out there but definitely close. The quality is definitely up there. I feel like just because it's boxed wine doesn't take the quality away at all. I really like the taste of it. It's not really sweet. So you you like super sweet wines this is not the one for you. Also is very stout, but good tasting to me. I like sweeter wines better though but I'll will definitely finish the box. Amd will definitely try all their wines!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen boxed wine before that was much larger. Unless you have a party it’s too much for a household. This was perfect for one or two people to share over the course of a week or two. The taste was very good.

The rich red wine is an affordable way to feel happy without breaking the bank. Would love to say the wine lasted a week but sadly it was too good so finished it in two days.
