This model did not come with a cooking temperature regulator/gauge although that was not disclosed on the box. It apparently only cooks at 400 degrees but the recipe book doesn't say how to adjust time/temperature or give any recipes that use 400 degrees so i returned the air fryer.

It's great! I underestimated the cooking time. I burnt my pizza . I mean I did do what the instructions said on the pizza box but was not expecting the fryer to work perfectly! It's awesome I love it though! Can't wait to try more products.

This is a great air frier for small families. It's smaller for apartments or small cabinet space HOWEVER it only cooks on one temperature (there's no temperature regulator). But for first time users or price conscious, it's great!

No way to change the temperature. I think that is a must on cooking any kind of food. Fresh Fries didn't turn out as good as expected. Haven't used it on anything else.
