Great food for a great price. I placed my order online and it was ready right when they said it would be. The cupcakes tasted great and looked great. Thanks!

The cupcakes looked and tasted delicious but I ordered them online at Sam’s in East Knoxville but went to Sam’s in West Knoxville, the lady told me what happened, she fixed them for me, said that I should probably call and cancel the other ones but I wouldn’t be charged unless I picked them up. I had worked all night and forgot to cancel them, checked my bank account and yes I was charged for them the next day, so I picked up 2 containers of 30 cupcakes and paid for 4. I guess someone enjoyed them at my expense.

These cupcakes were very patriotic for the Fourth Of July celebation. The cupcakes were delicious and reasonably priced.

Love Sam's bakery products! The cupcakes we got, though not what we ordered, were fresh and tasty. BUT We ordered the cupcakes more than a week in advance for a Gold Star Memorial dedication in our town and chose these for both the patriotic colors and the stars on top. Got a call the morning we were to pick them up saying they didn't have stars. Womp womp! One point off for their lack of planning.
