Poland spring is a very convenient water for my daily routine, easy to take anywhere. It feels really refreshing, with a clean and smooth taste, with no weird or off-putting flavors.The quality is good , fresh and reliable, perfect for staying hydrated whit out any hassle . No contaminants or strangers tastes are noticeable.

We use the 5 gal bottles normally. When my husband had shoulder surgery recently, we had to find a solution to replace the big bottles that he can't lift right now. These smaller bottles in 6-pack cartons solved the problem and are delivered to our door. So glad!!!

I know Nestle gets a lot of flak for their water monopolies, but this is the best water for the price. Other gallon brands taste like the plastic jug and gives me a weird feeling in my throat that Poland Springs water doesn't. Shame the price has gone up some $3 or so

The number one I hate about Ready Refresh is : they keep hiking/raising the price for the water, almost every month!!!?? And they blame it on company expenses!! , the prices for the water especially the one Gallon is very expensive, is good to keep the price low, thank u.

I live in a resident building and the deliver person left my water in a high traveled door way where anyone can take it. They did not call me and let me know they were here. I also got charged a delivery fee and I got the top membership where the delivery was free. I'm going to the competition and leaving sam's club. They also charged me $30 for an unknown reason, without my permission. VERY ANGRY.

Really wanted to add an extra case to my regular order but the website would not cooperate. The website doesn't work with my Firefox browser so I tried it on 2 other browsers. No luck there either. Getting a live agent is impossible so I did not get the extra case.

I recommend this water to anybody. This is the best water.

Still better than tap, but something has changed over time - and not for better - with the regular PS water. Used to be crisp and refreshing - not any more. Is it a different source? I am looking for an an affordable alternative.

When I threatened to cancel my account because I can get similar weather at almost half the price, they came up with a proposal to match what I pay for water if I signed on for 2 years. Why didn't they offer me that the first time? I did cancel.

The delivery men followed my instructions and delivered the water right to my front door! Also, the boxes were easy to open for a senior ! Overall it was excellent!!
