Delicious red blend.

This is a new go to wine for me! If you like The Prisoner, you will be pleased with Unshackled.

Inshackled Red Blend is a California red wine by the Prisoner Wine Company. It is known for its bold and fruity style. It features notes not spiced cherry, berries, and florals, with a hint of spice offering a generous mouthfeel with smooth finish. It is aged from 10-11 months in French and American oak, yielding a lively acidity. It is best to serve slightly chilled for about 30 minutes to balance its richness, and it pairs great with BBQ pork ribs and burgers.

Tastes like a more expensive wine. It’s my go-to for casual entertaining.

I absolutely love the Caberney Sauvignon by this winery but was disappointed by the Red Blend. It was harsh on the palate and might pair well with some meals but definitely not the all around crowd pleaser of the CabSauv
