Pirelli Scorpion

I love the tires! My only suggestion would be to be more realistic with install time. I was told 1.5hrs, but it took 3hrs!

Game changer Tire!

I can see why major manufacturers are going to these type of tires. Sam’s Club installed these tires during a Snow & Ice storm so had a good comparison of OEM all season tire to the Pirelli WeatherActive All Weather tire. 2016 Toyota Highlander AWD, North Dakota. They are Incredibly better in traction on ice and compacted snow. So much safer stopping and doesn’t push in corners when turning. Exceeding my expectations. A game changer for northern climates.

The quite tires

My vehicle rides differently with these tires. No road noise at all.

Bad Tire, improper install not worth Sam’s savings

Had Sam’s install Pirelli Weather Active tires. I couldn’t drive 65 and car shook like a banshee. Brought back and Sam’s rebalanced. It was better but shook at 70 now. With little faith in Sam’s, I took the SUV to a different shop with “Road Force” balancer…they said one tire was bad with hard spot. (I could hear and feel that at 20-25 mph) All tires needed rebalancing and they did it for free ;-). I returned to Sam’s for third time and the they nicely ordered a new tire to replace the BAD Pirelli. Two weeks later and 4th time to Sam’s to install a good tire but it was the wrong size that came in ;-(. Sam’s nicely re-ordered a 2nd tire. The 5th time and I get the tire installed. I’m unsure now of Sam’s ability to balance the remaining tire properly so I’m bringing it to another shop. Long story short, BAD Pirelli Tire, IMPROPER Sam’s install (balancing). The good Sam’s price may not be worth the hassle buying here.
