Our great niece was really pleased with the basket. Everything arrived unbroken and arrived a day early.

It was a gift for a friend.

The basket was supposed to arrive on December 4th. It is now Dec 22nd and the tracking page still shows that FedEx never received the package. I contacted Alder Creek a couple of weeks ago and they responded blaming FedEx for losing the package and said they would send me a new one. However, no new basket was ever sent (never received a tracking number or further email) and they're not replying to my follow-ups.

Very nice basket had all 11 items listed in the description and after inspection of this gift basket, I think I'm keeping this one as a gift to myself. I can smell the lavender through the plastic. Love it❤

I placed the order on Nov 20, 2025 and no gift yet. Sam's canceled and reorder the basket and nothings yet. I believe is Alder's. miscomubication. i tried to canceled it again, but the did not let me. It is very embarrassing to order a gift for a person and she never received 😕.

Nice items but it came damaged and opened. No time to return it I will have to repackage it.
