Used 18 months before it stopped working. Customer service said it was past warranty but said I could buy a new temp censor. Then they said I can't buy the part and had a buy a new unit entirely

I purchased this unit as a Christmas present 12/2020. It worked well until August when it would no longer cool. The customer service from Newair was A+. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service!

I really like the stainless steel and the clear glass door so you can see your beverages (not sodas, those are health hazards) without opening the door. Just the perfect little fridge!

Looks great and cools very cold for ice cold beer but after 8 months quit cooling. warranty replacement is a hassle. the glass front with stainless trim and led lighting enhance the look in our basement bar.

I had an issue where my refrigerator stopped working about six months after buying it. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone and sent a replacement part in the mail. Thanks!

I use this unit in my home office / man cave and it's a perfect size for the space. Small enough it doesn't take up too much room and large enough that I don't have to make trips to the kitchen often.

I absolutely love my cooler. I have it upstairs in my computer/tv room. It keeps my pop very cool. It's just the right size. Having this upstairs keeps me from having to go up and downstairs to the frig.

Unfortunately the fridge stopped working after 6 months, but I was able to get a replacement thanks to the warranty. For the time it lasted, it worked great and had no complains. Customer service was great as well.

Actually had my coffee bar fit around this mini fridge and love not having to go all the way into kitchen for parties and pool time. Their customer service is quick and easy as well.
