The unit arrived working straight out of the box. Runs very quiet. Keep beverage cool no problem. However about a few weeks ago, less than a year of operation, the unit quit working, no signs of life at all and beverages are at room temperature, warm and not cold at all despite the maximal setting. Melissa at Newair is very pleasant and understanding when called. She assured me that a replacement unit is on the way. Can't wait.

I use it to store my various beer types. It organizes all the beer in one place without crowding my normal refrigerator. It also keeps the beer at an ideal temperature. The glass front and interior light that can be on without opening the door allows viewing the contents without opening the door.

We were happy when we got it and then it stoped working after approx 7 months. I contacted customer service and they had some questions to determine why. They are sending me a part. They always reply to my emails and seem to want to help fix it. They have been great to deal with so far.

Purchased in May 2020 for my home studio. Quiet operation. Strongly recommend having plastic tray under unit in case door is left ajar causing condensation to form and leak onto floor which could cause damage. Capacity specs assume tightly packed containers which will reduce air flow and compromise cooling capability, so assume roughly half of maximum capacity for practical use. My unit's interior lamp began flashing in bursts of three which is a trouble code for a failed temperature sensor. Despite being out of warranty by nearly four months, I emailed support@neeair.com, and in just a few hours Newair Support graciously offered to ship me the part free of charge if I wrote a review here. I was planning to do so anyway, so win-win. I reversed door so that its hinges are now on right side, but note that caused logo plate to be upside down. I cut it off with utility knife cutting through adhesive tape and remounted it right side up. Looking forward to having new temperature sensor so I can enjoy cold beverages again.

This product and Newair customer service have been exceptional! I would highly recommend purchasing this product to anyone interested. We use the fridge to store several cold drinks in our wet bar. Many family and friends are always making positive comments about the units look. We are pleased with the overall performance!

We love this unit for our reception rooms for our patients. Looks great and works well! We have one at each of our locations. Also, their customer service/ support has been super easy to get a hold of and to get a response. We are super happy with it all!!

I bought the 90 can frig in April and am very happy with it. It fit perfectly in a opening I have in my kitchen and can hold 3-4 wine bottles plus sodas, beer and water, freeing up much needed space in the main frig. Unfortunately it stopped working in July (just after the 90 day return time), so off to warranty land (it comes with a 1 year plan). When I called Miquel actually answered the phone, no 1-2 hr hold, and provided easy instructions for returning the unit and informed me a brand new unit would be sent to my home. I've been impressed with their process and hope the new unit works for a very long time.

I've had the product for about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. The stainless steel and glass front really looks nice. The noise level is very low - not noticeable if you aren't paying attention. Its temperature settings work great and keeps all my beverages nice and cold. There is a light on the inside that you can turn on or off if you want - looks kind of cool with the light on but you have the option to keep it off too. Overall, I'm completely happy with this product and would recommend it.

The temperature sensor went out on my unit while it was under warranty and Newair replaced free. It just went out again and Newair is sending me a brand new unit. My unit is not under warranty now. Best customer service around. That is standing behind you product and customers.

Used this beverage cooler to keep my drinks cold. This Fridge is build well and fits a lot of drinks. It did a fantastic job. However, i started to have issues. i called customer service and they took care of the issue immediately. Great customer service! I Highly recommend Newair products.
