This is what I ordered. Received Cottonell toilet paper.

Wrong item

Not only are they getting thinner but I am receiving rolls that are not usable.

Quality has changed

These are big rolls so I don't have to change them as often. The price is also very good.

I have bought several cases, and all rolls are not 8". Therefore, they will not fit in most dispenseers

I have been repeating this order multiple times to ensure the accurate fit of towel for dispenser. This order of towels does not fit, the roll is too short to fit the dispensor. To make it work I slipped the old roll center into the new one- slit lengthwise to allow it to overlap a tiny bit- then it fit

they changed the width of the roll- save your old

These used to work well in a marathon manual dispenser.
No longer do they work well as too thin now.
Getting a automatic dispenser instead see how well they work in there for the rest I have, definitely will not buy these again once gone.
Yet another item Sam's has screwed up that I have to find another source for.

It seems this manufacturer has changed the type of paper they are currently using from the last time I purchased these towels. The paper is really thin. It keeps getting bunched up in my dispensers. Not happy with the product at all.

Not happy with the new paper.

Have been using these towels for years in place of regular paper towels. I feel they do as good or better job for the many times I need to " wipe up" anything from water to wine around the house. I also feel I am saving money because these paper towels are less expensive than those regular household paper towels. I only wish I could find a paper towel holder these towels would fit & would look good in my kitchen.
