First time ever buying a sofa without ever testing it out first. I'm keeping it! Caught it on sale and it ended up being less than half the cost of most of the local furniture stores. It fits perfectly in our living room. The chaise lounge reclines, as well as 2 other recliners. It's super comfortable, supportive and great looking. I bought it to replace a microfiber set because of our dogs. Leather and leather ish material like this doesn't hold in any odors, and wipes clean very easily, so this was perfect. This is our primarily used sectional in our home, and I feel like it will hold up pretty well. We have had it about 3 weeks now. There was a review that you could feel the supports in the chaise lounge. You can feel it slightly when you first sit down, only in the chaise lounge, but it's not even enough to notice while you are setting. (I'm 6ft 180) For the price, as well as free shipping and set-up, you absolutely can't beat this one. Highly recommend!

Great sectional, great price! Pieces can detach and sit alone, form one long couch, or go together in a different order. Very solid, bulky furniture that doesn't slide on a wood floor if you plop down on it. Mechanisms work smoothly. Oversized end seats where two kids or smaller adults can fit. Really nice, soft material. Modern, expensive look and feel. All seats but the corner recline (4) and 3 have footrests that come up. Someone could easily sleep on the chase comfortably. Pieces detach individually and fit easily through a single front door for easy moving one person can handle. Delivery was outstanding and professional. If you are hesitant about buying, don't be. You will love it! No negatives for us whatsoever.

Already had a problem with the Chaise arm falling. Sams club did rectify the situation but I am worried it will fall again.

I love it , my says it's too big, but she'll get used to it with the right "couch pillows" whatever those are
