I ordered 2 4lb pks of conecuh because I wanted 8lbs.. I'd have preferred the substitution had leaned more to the lbs I wanted (rather than my item count). If my "money being held for purchase" allowed, I'd have preferred receiving 4 of the 2lb pks which would've given me my 8lbs rather than keeping my item count at 2. If not enough "money being held", then at least 3pks of meat which would've gave me 6lbs of sausage. I do realize I filled out my "substitution with" wrong so I am thankful for what I got but more poundage of sausage would've been better (= Thanks

The coneuch sausage are delicious and some of the best made. They are good in gumbo, low country boils and as just a side for breakfast.
