Serial Number?

Arrived on time and seems to be working fine. I cannot find the serial number. I have searched the inside up one side and down the other and it is not there. Can't send card in because it needs the serial number.

Cannot find a repairman!!!

We purchased this freezer 3 1/2 years ago. We are now having some freezing issues and cannot seem to find a technician who works on this particular freezer as it requires a diagnostic machine to diagnose the problems in the computer board
