I really like this sausage this time, it tasted fresh, it was not so dense, was not full of liquid that came pouring out like some times, and had few grease spots. It tasted good.

I brought 4 sticks of this meat with cheese and crackers to a weekend scout camp “Cracker Barrol”. I was asked by 3 differnt parents “ what is this meat, it is great”

This summer sausage is the BEST! I loved Hickory Farms but their flavor changed and now Cloverdale came in with one that I think is almost BETTER than the original Hickory Farms!

This is the test tasting summer sausage. The season and the true smoke flavor set it apart all the other commercial brand summer sausage.

very flavorful. firm but not too hard to cut or chew. just the right amount of spice/tang. Definitely will buy again.
