While the tires are fairly priced, the customer service is severely lacking… I know from past experience after you have new tires installed you must come back a few days later to have them re-torqued. When I purchased the tires, I was told that was a fallacy…. When I had the tires installed, they told me yes it had to be done and I had to make an appointment to have that done. A few days later, I called to make an appointment they told me that they weren't busy I could come over. I don't live far and when I got there, they told me they were too busy to do it and I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment something came up and I missed it. I tried to make another appointment. They told me that they could take me right away, but I would have to leave the car. It would take an hour and a half to two hours, I told him I didn't have that amount of time. Scheduled an appointment for this morning 9 AM. Went there at 9 AM to be told. I don't need an appointment. I can just pull around the side and they will do it for me immediately. I was livid… I explained to the technician the trouble I've had since I first inquired about purchasing these tires. I don't have good faith in the knowledge and the skill of this service team
