I had an appointment for tires installation . We my grandson and I, were 10 minutes late. I paid for the service when we checked in. Then they refused service on the vehicle without explanation or written receipt. I had to go to my bank to get a reimbursement. It was very disappointing. and demeaning.

It's not yet winter here in MN to test snow but what in improvement over the previous tires on my van. WAY way quieter and handling seems fine so far. 215/65r15 on a 2000 Chrysler van.
