Fantastic Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

I previously purchased this at the Pensacola Sam's Club but they no longer carry it and won't re-stock it despite my husband and me begging. Gulfport MS, Mobile AL, and Ft Walton Bch FL have it; why won't our location re-stock it?
