I purchased these back in 21 and have regretted ever since I ask for a quit riding tire for road trips and also good off road traction these tire have neither they have very little traction on wet roads or in muddy situations. They are very noisy on the highways and blacktop roads I will never buy them again.

On my 3rd set of these tires over the years! I insist on these tires they are superior in every way to the competitors in my opinion. They give excellent tread off road or in the snow, but yet they are quiet on the freeway. The tread lasts forever it seems, also you just cant go wrong.

Well what can be said that everybody else has.I have bought these tires recommended to me by one of my best friend who unfortunately passed away 5 yrs ago not that it is so important but I bought them in 11/2006. The only reason I am replacing them is due to a windfall I received I have @least 80,000 miles on this set & are showing actually age cracking in between the tread that doesn't bother me that much I've driven on less & with less tread I was going to wait until next year but plowing season is just around the corner & I hate to put my tire chains on the ones I made last year the best with ice cleats they are used on the Alaskan haul road. After a lot of online research and in-person discussion, I selected this tire for my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe with 20" wheels. I'm amazed at not only the performance in all types of road conditions (heavy rain/water, snow, ice, and mud), but also how little wear has occurred, especially after nailing some serious potholes at full highway speeds. Road noise is very low. My driving is about 70 highway/30 local and after 20K miles in 14 months with regular rotation and balancing every 5K miles I'm guessing I'll get the full mileage rating for these tires. Worth every penny; customer for life.

I have gotten 40K on the last set of KO's and now KO2 tires. It's the only tire I will run on my truck. I've had them on a 1979, 1999, 2005, 2015 GMC Sierra, currently on a 2013 Hennessy Velociraptor and have never been stuck once in snow or Ice. Living in the PNW, we get our fair share of wet weather. Great in rain and mud as well. a must have if you want the best traction available in a non-studded tire.

18,000 miles on tires and have had them road force balanced 4 times!!! I have rotated about every 3,000 miles due to them being out of balance and a shimmy at highway speeds. Each time I take them to my dealer they tell me they were way out of balance again. I have not had these tires off road, all my driving is in-town and highway. The shimmy at highway speeds are Still there and not fixed, add that to the fact that they are 75% worn I am very disappointed. In the market for new tires anyone have recommendations? The tires look good but the tread wear and balance issues outweigh the looks. I would def not recommend these to anyone.

I had a set of KO's on three different vehicles (same set lasted through 3 vehicles,i sold my last vehicle with them still having tread life). When my new (to me) truck needed new tires (previous owner had KO's on it already) I automatically went to BFG. The KO's never let me down when I needed them, rain, mud, snow, any terrain I was in all I had to do was let the tire do its work. I was excited to hear about the KO2's! Better than KO's? impossible. Unfortunately I was correct. After 1 year the two rear tires on my truck are bald down the center, and need to be replaced, with only 32PSI in them. The shoulders look almost untouched. I am a spirited driver but never have I abused the tire or done burnouts, after spending $1,000 on tires it wasnt worth it. These tires have seen street about 95% of their lives. The only off road they have seen has been gravel/dirt fire roads. The front tires look almost brand new with 34PSI in them. Short story, I am very unhappy about this. The tires also make more noise than my KO's, multiple times I pulled over to check my tires because it sounded like there was gravel stuck in my tread. I'm giving two stars because for some reason the front tires are just fine and are living up to the KO reputation. I have no choice but to buy two of these tires again since the fronts have almost full tread still.

I recently purchased my third set of these tires on a third different vehicle. Each set has performed flawlessly. I had a set of these on a TJ Jeep, Land Rover LR4 with 3" lift, and currently on a new F250. Road noise is minimal and comparable to most other A/T tires. I have not experienced any issues with balance. These tires perform well in rain and snow/ice as well as off road. The current set is 36" tall on factory 20" F250 wheels with no issues. I have gone over 60k miles on a set of these on my old Land Rover with a fair amount of tread left. I have convinced a number of friends to spend a little extra on these vs Yoko's and other AT/MT tires and so far all have been happy with the ride and wear. I will continue to purchase these as long as I am driving a truck/suv.

I have had BFG KO2s on the last 3 vehicles I have owned. Great all around tire. I rotate them every 5k miles. Current set has 49k miles on a 2022 Suburban Z71 and have PLENTY of tread life left. Will buy another set when I finally wear these out.

I’ve always bought BFGs. Always. I’ve never been let down by them. I explore and live in places where that means something. That piece of mind that is provided is paramount. Don’t mess around with comparisons and go with the standard barer. I’ve been in vehicles with so-called “competitor” brand tires. Those tires let me down. The evidence is clear to me. Drive BFGs and arrive home safely. Just remember to do routine maintenance and repairs to your vehicle and rotate your tires. Also, air down when necessary; I’ve never needed to, but, it does improve the ride and life of the tires (assuming you air up afterwards).
