I bought a used Ford Escape 2 years ago with these tires already on it. I've put 32,000 miles on it ( I drive over 50 miles each day to work). The backs ones still look like new. The front have some wear on them which is my fault for not getting an alignment. They were very good in the snow both winters. I get so many compliments on them. I am definitely planning to buy these when they need replaced.

I USED to love these tires for the exact reasons they promised! BUT i have recently bought 2 full sets (4) of these tires for my 05 dodge 2500 within the last 39,289 miles. I do not do a ton of heavy pulling or any wild and out of the ordinary just highway, gravel, and occasional towing and these tires are not worth the money at all! I will not be purchasing these tires again.

I first encountered the KO fitted new to a 1989 Nissan Safari 4x4 fresh off the boat as a used Japanese import in 1999. 290,000 km later I am on my 3rd set of KOs. Also I am running them on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have never been stuck in mud or snow and have only ever had one puncture. The wear is amazing, 80 to 100,000 km from new down to 3mm tread depth. I find them a quiet running tyre but they do get a bit noisy when the tread wears down below 5-6mm. In short, I love 'em! I can't justify using Mud Terrains because I seldom require anything that aggressive. I'm just a bit annoyed that I can't get a set of KOs in 225-60R18 for my wife's 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara. Operating conditions: Safari: 265-75R16 on 8" rims. (Australian Spec)* Jeep: 255-70R16 on standard rims (Standard Spec) * Note: Australian spec actually specifies 265-70 section. The tire is good for on road driving as well as MINOR off roading. They will clog up very fast in mud or snow but they are all terrains. The voids are not large enough to throw out the mud. They ride fairly smooth for how aggressive the tread tread design is. They also hydroplane easily because there are no kerfs to allow the water to evacuate easily. The only reason I give 1 star is because they were supposed to be 37 inches tall. They were actually 35.25 inches tall. I understand there would be some variance but these are 35s not 37s. I put less than 2000 miles on them and replaced already due to this. BFGoodrich should have tighter tolerances than this.

This things are dangerous. Experienced my third tire disintegration today. All have been at highway speed and today nearly caused a loss of control. The first, I gave the benefit of the doubt to the tire. It had been used hard off road and was on a heavily loaded truck. The other two have both been taken care of with minimal hard use in, thankfully, unloaded conditions when they failed.

I been buying bf goodrich for a long long time, mid 1980's. The all-terrain on a seperate set of rims and bf goodrich TRUCK TA for non winter months back around 1986. (since mergers, Truck T/A no longer available) I wanted the solid white letters and selection as I recall was BF Goodrich only. Also my muscle car also had T/A on it. Anyways I have close to 40,000 on the ko2 and they are at 3/32, very noisy, dispite 5000 mile rotation and no uneven wear. How I see other comments stating many more miles on them is confusing to me. Anywhy, since the mid 1980's I think a change in choice is coming. Every time I bought a new 4-wheel vehicle, i worked with the dealer to get the tires swapped out for the bf goodrich. Not satisified.

The new KO2 is a horrible tire. I have had BFG tires on 4 Jeeps and 3 trucks before this set and have been great. The new set I have have been a nightmare. They have been to three different shops for 6 attempts at balancing them. They will not balance out. For the amount of time I have spent bringing these to a shop I could have purchased a new set of tires from a different manufacture. This will be my last set of BFG tires.

Purchased my first set for my full size 1986 Chevy truck with an extra for a prerunner rack and then two years later put them on my daily driver, a 2015+ Subaru Outback. Plan to add underbelly protection and 4" lift with additional coilover air lift to make this one "bad" daily driver that can go anywhere and do most things. Sure it isnt a rockcrawler but throw me anything else a that you can do with your jeep and its game on and comfortable for 4 full size adutls. The "Sub-ricon".

Purchased these tires as a replacement for the Toyo AT2’s I have always run, during the shortage of the Toyo tires in 2001. Overall pretty decent performance out of the KO2’s. Unlike the Toyo AT, the KO2’s feel loose and spin on wet surfaces, especially curves and hills. Performance on snow has been marginal ant best. Otherwise offer a good ride and are quiet at speed. Main complaint is tread wear offering a short service life at a premium price. I am at approximately 19,000 miles and the tires are worn down to about 1/3 tread remaining. Traction is progressively poor and will certainly have to be replaced soon. Seems these tires do not handle the power and weight of a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel very well long term. Might be fine on a light duty vehicle.

I bought a 2012 F-150 XLT 4x4 just over 4 years ago on 1/26/19 with 53k miles on the truck. Two days after buying the truck I had the dealer install a small leveling kit and this tire in 35x12.50R18. Today my truck is just over 153k miles and I still have the same set of T/A KO2s on it. Now they are pretty worn, so going to get a new set this week when I take the truck in for routine servicing. Excellent tires from my experience. I didnt expect to get 100k miles from them as I have never experienced that with any other tires on previous vehicles.
