Unhappy Customer

I have only used Bridgestone tires on all of my vehicles over the years, run flats to all seasons, but I am currently very unhappy! I love the Turanza Quittrack tires but unfortunately they are not lasting as long as they are supposed too! My current tires have lasted less then 30k miles and I need to replace all 4 tires. Do I risk buying these same tires again and have them for another 29k, these tires are not cheap.

Do NOT Buy Bridgestone

Tires were maintained as required (rotation/alignment) only lasted 30k miles although waranteed for 80k. The 30k miles were mainly highway. Paid top dollar for tires that only lasted 2 &1/2 years. The remedy was for me to purchase more Bridgestone tires, why would anyone do that with such poor performance.

Buy MICHELIN

Bought full set of tires over Michelin for the 80,000 mile tread life. I have driven 29,000 miles and being told I will need new tires as all four are sitting at 4/32. I spent so much money on these and I can't afford to replace them already. I'm pretty devastated over this purchase.

Had to get a brand new tire replaced

I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Camry which of course came with brand new Bridgestone tires. In less than one year I had to get a tire replaced due to a bubble and me being afraid to drive on it. Because I got the tire replaced instead of waiting however long for an appointment at Bridgestone, they will not refund me for my inconvenience of buying a new tire even though it was less than a year old. It was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone until it was too late. I was put on hold for 30+ minutes and transferred multiple times. Also given misguided information on how to handle the situation.

Good Thing these Tires Are Warrantied...

These tires were put on my car just over 25,000 miles ago and already need to be replaced. Despite regular rotations, the tires only have about 3/32nds of tread left. While the noise level is decent, dry traction is good, and wet traction is adequate, I do not recommend these tires and will not be putting another set of Bridgestones on my car.

MIleage for Tires OFF!

I bought these tires about 15 months ago, and Firestone says I Need them replaced, only 35k miles on a 80k warranty tire? Something is not right here...and yes my car has regular maintenance, rotate tires and do alignments on a regular basis. Not sure I would invest in them again.

Poor tread life and thus poor value for the money

I only drove 32,000 miles on these Turanza Quiet Track tires and the tread is down to the wear bar on all four. Hopefully Bridgestone will offer some sort of reimbursement--since these are rated as 80,000 mile tires-- as many other customers have experienced the same problem.

bad tire

111,000 miles on car when i purchased them. bridgestone/firestone store said i needed new tires at 145,000..34,000 miles is unacceptable with a 80,000 warrenty..yes they were quiet. just don't last.store that i visited didn't wish to help me out.harvey firestone will not get anymore of my money..went elsewere..DON'T BUY THESE TIRES!.THEY DONT LAST!

Great tires but leaked when installed

Tires are great problem when had installed as the tire barcode is right where tire meets rim. Creates slow leak. Had 2 flat tires when first bought them. Installer removed tires put on lots of goop then reinstalled tires. Now seem to be just fine not leaking anymore assume manufacturing error somewhere down the line or tire wholesaler error not my installers fault

Happy Improvement

Love these tires so far. The car handles so much better and the road noise is minimized and I don't feel those minor bumps as I did with the old tires. Good price for these benefits. How many miles I get on them in Florida heat will be the real test!
