I personally think this brand is affordable and great calorie intake for those who are trying lose weight and those who count their daily calories. Especially for those who go into a cut season to shrewd as much weight as possible.. has great taste when you mix with any protein powder to make a delicious shake.

I typically do not love milk substitutes, but I really enjoyed adding this to my coffee and my cereal. I could tell the difference, but I did not mind it!

This almond milk is a great dairy alternative. I like to add it to coffee, overnight oats and other recipes. It's smooth and light with a sweet touch to it. Yum!
