Pretty ring that lost a diamond within 30 days of purchase. Sales lady was super. Upon returning to customer service with receipt and copy of insurance warranty my treatment was subpar. Ultimately when I asked to return the ring I was told no because "I could have done something to it." I was insulted, hurt and not at all satisfied with my treatment. Salesperson told me if insurance repaired the ring that Sam's would take it back. That sounds fishy to me. The warranty says I have to return to manufacturer first and I have no idea who that is. I was told upon having it repaired to come to "Coach Nancy."
