Just installed and registered product. We did require some extra adaptars for US installation, not standard cold/hot water connections. Solid and beautiful, very heavy duty! Nice shower, gentle stream, some splashback over single sink installation probably due to water pressure.

I bought this a month ago and just got it installed after waiting on the new sink. The craftsmanship seem very solid. The design is stunning, nothing but compliments on how beautiful it is. Several people have told me they will be purchasing the same set up and asked if I would install it for them, including my Mom. The one thing I would change is to make the hot and cold solid lines from the base a bit longer just to make installation a little easier.

I bought this V2001 kitchen faucet in stainless steel over a year ago. I recently had a problem and was hoping I would not have to find something else as it goes so well in my kitchen and is easy to use and great looking. Customer Service is sending a one time replacement part FREE! I am very happy with Vigo's serv and product.

Had a nice amount of volume and can really switch between sprayer and steady stream. Very easy too install and very low maintenance with the stainless steel materials.. The only thing I'd change is: when you turn the faucet off it would default to a steady stream and that the shower spray had a little more intense stream. Over all I really like the faucet and would definitely purchase again.

I have had this for a little over 2 years and it is still in great shape. The finishes and manufacturing are all very well done. My sprayer recently broke and I emailed customer service and they took care of it right away. I am not only pleased with this product but the customer service was incredible!

What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

The faucet was in the house when we bought it almost 5 years ago. Just recently the spray head stopped working and I thought I'd have to get a whole new faucet (because must hardware stores don't carry the item). I called Vigo and they were very helpful in getting the spray head replaced and to us quickly. We love the faucet and the look in our kitchen.
