I really do love this faucet except for one thing....the spout reach is a bit short (9.5 inches). I am trying to find out if there is a way to replace the bar that holds the spout so it sits more in the center of my sink. The length of it really does inhibit the ability to clean some bigger pots despite being able to remove the spout and extend it.

I bought this to replace a kitchen faucet which was a standard 3 hole configuration with a sprayer. I was impressed with the workmanship of the product. I've not used a pullout spry faucet before, but I was impressed with the actual flow rate and ease in use. I ran into a problem with the washer used to insure a leak proof connection with the body of the unit and the sprayer. After some unusual diagnostic work I found the problem, fixed it, and all works well.

The faucet was in the house when we bought it almost 5 years ago. Just recently the spray head stopped working and I thought I'd have to get a whole new faucet (because must hardware stores don't carry the item). I called Vigo and they were very helpful in getting the spray head replaced and to us quickly. We love the faucet and the look in our kitchen.

I bought this set two months ago and could not be more pleased with my selection and purchase. I have received several positive comments about the sink. I enjoy using it and it adds great character to my kitchen. This sink and faucet are easy to install and maintain.

Pragmatically, nothing lasts forever, and so it was with the cartridge in our Vigo Edison Faucet...sadly the inexpensive route of removing the cartridge and replacing it could not happen as the set screw holding the cartridge cover in place was beyond stripped....so we got a chance to consider a new faucet and looking at pages and pages of them from different manufactures we landed back with Vigo, the Edison, quite happily....if this on lasts as long as the last one, it will be great.

I spent hours looking at high end faucets and was not impressed by the parts to install (all cheap plastic). This faucet hit my feed and I then found the reviews. I rarely put reviews up due to feeling they are company driven. I am just a customer and so Impressed by this product. The graphite black is gorgeous, the construction solid and installation a breeze! It is great to know that we can still buy quality and good pricing for anything anymore! What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

It’s too early to give a review of the product as for the service of the product. But I can say I love the appearance and quality. I’ve only had it a few days but so far so good. I also bought the soap dispenser.

The faucet is very versatile while being stylish. I had a small problem with mine but a quick email to Christian at the company got me all straightened out. Good product and good company.
