They just replaced my sprayer head for FREE after my 3-year-old sprayer head became clogged and leaky. Not sure why the old one stopped working, although I suspect it may have to do with replacing our hot water heater and having a lot of debris in our system--but mostly I am grateful this is a company I can trust to stand behind its products. We love this faucet with our giant sink for everything from washing our babies to cleaning big roasting pans!

I purchased this faucet in 2012 and recently the spray nozzle button wouldn't stay engaged. I visited the VIGO customer service 'LiveChat' and left a message regarding my problem. The following morning I had a response and after a few more emails my replacement faucet was in the mail and at no charge. Within a few days of contacting VIGO I had installed my new faucet and it's working beautifully. I couldn't be happier :-)

Our previous kitchen faucet (not a Vigo) developed a leak years ago and after several weeks of difficult customer service efforts and receiving the wrong product I was finally able to replace the cartridge, only to have another leak develop down the line. We lived with it for years using a sponge or dishrag to soak up the water that continued to collect around the base, and finally said enough is enough, and while searching, the Vigo caught my wife's eye. After selecting several different brands that were similar and going back and forth, looking at pictures and reading reviews she announced, "This is the one." Ordering was easy, price was excellent, arrival time quick, and installation completed with relative ease. The Vigo looks great, seems to be very well built, and we wish we hadn't waited so long. The pull down is simple and essential, and the sprayer works perfect for rinsing. Best of all, it doesn't leak, and, based on customer reviews, I'm hoping if we ever have to contact Vigo for any service needs it will be a pleasant experience and easy transaction. This faucet has become a focal point in our kitchen.

I bought this because of the reviews Vigo Industries was getting for customer service, nothing is perfect but, if a company will stand behind its product (most companies won't these days) I want to do business with them. I just installed the faucet, it looks great, a little disappointed with the water pressure but, we'll see how it goes.

My well out of warranty spray nozzle got stuck in shower mode, I'm sure because I live in a place known for very hard water (San Diego). I emailed tech support late in the afternoon, they responded first thing in the morning. They provided a number to call to get a replacement head, the phone was answered within 30 seconds at the longest. They processed an order for a new head in less than 5 minutes, the cost was only 25 dollars. This works for me! My only suggestion is: Please put your logo or brand more prominently on the product. It took my a while to figure out who to contact. I found my brand by Googling similar faucets and wading through 100s of photos. One thing I did learn, people that buy other brands way overpay. Up to 5x what mine cost!

This faucet works great! We had a minor issue where the button to switch from spray to stream stopped working, so we contacted Christian Landazabal of Vigo and he immediately issued a replacement head. It was at our door in 2 days! The faucet works awesome now and I am very pleased with Vigo's commitment to its customers!

Overall, this is a great faucet. I was surprised by how heavy duty it was when the box arrived. It looks great and functions well. My only complaint is that the water pressure with the regular flow is pretty light. I know it's the faucet and not our water pressure as we remodeled the kitchen and the old faucet had good pressure. It takes a long time to fill a pot of water, or even the coffee carafe in the morning. Other than that, I would recommend it!

The features on this faucet are easy to use and install was a breeze. Step by step instructions easy to follow. We purchased the black to match the black double bowl sink and love the easy water control and the easy functions of the spiral pull down spray head!

We had our faucet for about a year when our sprayer broke. We tried to fix it ourselves, but we just couldn't get the setting to change. I have been wrestling with the mess of water splashed up behind the sink when reaching for the faucet handle in my kitchen. I love the hands-free, love the flexibility of the design for reaching all around the double sink, and I’m very happy with the look.
