This faucet is exactly what we wanted. It looks fantastic, feels well made, and performs well. I’ve had zero issues with water flow as some reviewers mentioned. In fact, it is stronger than my old faucet which had a higher stated flow rate. The sprayer function turns on and off reliably, unlike my old faucet, and it has a strong spray. The host is long enough to reach every part of our 32” sink and it retracts well on its own. I have only had the faucet for a month at this point but I’m very happy with it so far.

Purchased this faucet last May and in about 5 months was having issues with the button to change from spray setting to the pot filler stream. It would sometimes work, sometimes not, and eventually stopped working and we could only get the pot filler stream if actively pressing the button. I first emailed VIGO through the email address printed in the instruction manual, but the email came back undeliverable. Then I contacted customer service via the VIGO website, but never got a reply. I finally called the toll free number and was able to get ahold of a rep. I sent him a short video of the problem, and they promptly sent out a replacement sprayer head. The head arrived quickly, and it's actually far superior to the one that came with the faucet. The button on the side is different, so hopefully it will last longer than the original. Other than that issue, we're very happy with the faucet. No signs of rusting or color coming off the finish, and it looks great in the kitchen.

I have been using it for approximately 3 months and everything is working great. The only thing I have a problem with is its versatility to rotate, it rotates but it has a home position that makes it difficult when using the second sink you have to hold it in that position to utilize it In that sink. Other than that very happy so far

I have had this for 4 months now and overall I really do love it. It is beautiful and functions well. The only cons in my opinion are that the sprayer streams don’t all spread perfectly straight and sometimes when switching between spray and regular spout function sometimes the sprayer holes leak a bit. I do wish you could change between the sprayer and regular spout without the water running. Other than that, I love it!

Got this faucet for my new kitchen remodel. I was worried that it would be too tall and gawdy, but it's classy and perfect. Almost like a statement piece for your kitchen. The pull out sprayer works great and it actually goes back into place after you use it (unlike other pull out faucets I've had)

We installed the VIGO Pull Down Faucet - Black w Chrome over two 2 months ago. It was very easy to install and has been working perfectly, smoothly and exactly as described. The faucet is sturdy and very well manufactured. The tap allows us to have a light or strong flow of water, and the handy button on the nozzle gives us a stream or spray function -- both are great features that I love about this faucet. I would recommmend it to anyone with any size kitchen!

Been using my faucet for a month now and love it. The style caught my eye along with the reasonable price. Even my contactor liked the style. I like that the spray is not so forceful that it splash water everywhere. The only item I think should be added is a toggle switch that lets the user know if it's set on spray or water stream.

I bought this in May and had it professionally installed. I did a lot of research and the reviews were good. I picked this one over all others because it was not as tall as many of them are and because my kitchen sink is at a window and because my kitchen is small, I wanted something proportional. This is perfect. It is solid and substantial. Has ease of use and after a few uses, is very smooth. I'm happy with my purchase, however, it drips around the edges of the spigot when it is on stream and I will call to see how to resolve that. Otherwise, I'm very happy

Our new Vigo kitchen faucet was purchased as a replacement for a very highly rated competitors product. I have to say that there is absolutely NO comparison! Vigo is made with copper, not plastic and the construction of the faucet is hands down, spot on. You can tell just by the feel of their products that it’s superior quality to any other well known upscale manufacturers. The only thing I am disappointed with, and it’s my fault, that I didn’t purchase the matching soap dispenser. (But I will with my next order) This is my second Vigo product as I purchased a bathroom faucet for a vessel sink and it looks gorgeous. Thank you Vigo for your superior craftsmanship and I will be placing another order when my husband remodels our guest bathroom.

I purchased this faucet a few weeks ago and since it has been installed I have absolutely love it. It looks very high end paired with my granite countertops. It works really well and the pull down sprayer function makes it easy to clean dishes and rinse my sink.
