For the price point, this faucet is arguably the best value for price paid of any faucet there is on the market. We have had several different brands in the past including a $1,000 primary kitchen faucet in a previous home but both my wife and I have commented on how well our Vigo has performed for us. We were so happy with the performance that when we moved to SoCal and started updating the kitchen in our home, one of the first purchases was this faucet in chrome. It is amazing what a difference a faucet like this can make to such an important room in your home. Aside from the faucet look and functionality, the after service (if needed) from Vigo is top notch. All it takes is a phone call for warranty info, installation help, advice and more. This is key and one of factors that influenced our purchase decision. One last thing to add is that Christian in Customer Service is a perfect example of what makes Vigo such a great company. We came to him, he provided a solution, followed through and made us happy customers. This is the "next level" of customer service!

I had bought a stainless steel sink and a pull out faucet, that I grew to detest.. I looked on line for a faucet, that met everything that I wanted, and found a site that featured the Vigo-Edison Pull-Down kitchen faucet. I reviewed all the features it offered and I decided to purchase the faucet on line. I had the faucet installed and even the plumber thought it was such a great faucet, that he wants to purchase one, also! I installed the faucet with the water handle in front and explain why in the caption to my picture. Tell anyone, who wants to know, that I am a satisfied customer and that I am enjoying my Vigo faucet.

I bought this to go with my new gunmetal grey stainless steel sink and it is stunning. We love the two spray options and the fact we can pull the hose to clean those really big pots and pans as well as rinse the entire sink. We’ve only had it installed for a few weeks but are impressed with the initial quality and ease of installation. We highly recommend the faucet.

I just bought and installed this faucet so I cannot speak to longevity. That aside this is a rock solid product - all pieces needed for install are shipped with the product. Heavy stainless steel with an expensive look and feel. This looks to be a terrific value. Highly recommended.

I bought this online last month, largely based on the many positive reviews I read on a variety of websites. Prior to shopping I was not familiar with the Vigo brand. When the faucet arrived we were struck my it's beauty, and how solid it felt. We finally had it installed as part of our kitchen makeover. We love how it looks and how well it works over what we had before. The only issue is that yesterday it started slowly dripping from the control handle when it is in the off position. I'm confident that Vigo will stand behind its warranty and will work to resolve this issue, so are giving it a top review anyway. I will update review if necessary.

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

We have had this faucet for 8 years - it has worked flawlessly! Recently the button that toggles between a steady stream and a spray stream was not working properly. I took it apart and noticed one little part that looked like it needed to be replaced. I reached out to Vigo customer service, who promptly responded, and simply shipped me a brand new spray head. I received it in a few days, replaced it, and we are back in biz. I won't buy another brand of faucet (not that I'll ever need one!), not only because of the gorgeous design, but because Vigo stands behind their products 100% - such a rarity these days. So refreshing. Buy with complete confidence!

Fantastic looking with our quartz countertop. Very easy to install with clear precise instructions. No you do not need a plumber. Had to remove the water saver feature as it did not provide sufficient pressure for the spray. Working great now. Well packaged for shipping. The reason for the four star rating is that you have to occasionaly tighten the water lever which screws on the assembly. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Product shipped within a day. Everything came in complete, with easy to follow instructions, as I installed myself. Even came with teflon tape to make connections, and with an allen wrench that is required should the cartridge ever need to be replaced. Looks great. Works perfectly.

I bought this over a month ago to replace an old leaking faucet and couldn't be happier! I wanted something that would not only look good but also be reliable. This fits the bill - its modern, beautiful and works extremely well. I love the spray feature too. Water pressure is great. Looks just like the more expensive ones out there - plumber who installed it thought we paid a lot more for it. The stainless steel does not show finger or water marks - a plus. Delivery was very fast.
