Looks great, works great. Just gets a little wild spray from the sprayer head. Really need to clean the sprayer holes often

We've had this faucet for about two years now and really enjoy it. Recently the nozzle stopped working. It would no longer switch between spray and pour. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement head, pronto. No charge. They were very easy to do business with.

What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

I bought this based on a local remodel I saw in Dwell. It looked and worked great, until the spray head started to flake out about 2 years after installing it. Luckily the nice folks at Vigo sent me a new one free of charge even though it was outside of warranty. Great product and service.
