I have this now for over a month. We keep getting complements on how it looks. Our daughter and neighbors want one now. It functions great so far. One minor issue i have is the water pressure compared to our old one. Pressure is not as strong. I've fiddled with the washers in the head but it did not make much difference and it made the water stream irregular. I would love to see what VIGO suggests. Other than that it's solid and no functional issues.

Beautiful faucet, goes well with the dark granite. Working okay so far. Only complaints are the water spray pressure, the length of the hose (it sits closer to the front of the sink and wished it was more in the middle) and I can see tiny horizontal sprays when it's in the regular faucet mode. Hope this doesnt become a problem as it is used. Also hose is kinda short

I did a lot of research on faucets while doing our kitchen remodel, and I chose this one in matte black. I am so glad I did. This faucet is beautiful, almost a focal point. It works wonderfully, and I love that it hasn’t shown hard water spots. Highly recommend!

Bought this tap from Costco for our kitchen remodel. Packaging was excellent. Love the features. For anyone concerned about water flow, there is a piece you can remove (read the instructions) to increase it. We have not had to, but we are on a municipal water system. We have received so many compliments and fully recommend!

I was amazed at the weight of the box when my kitchen faucet arrived. Then amazed all over again at the quality and extent of the packaging. Proof of the product is when you start to use it and now after 3 months of use I LOVE my Vigo faucet even more. It’s this piece of art work in my kitchen.

We purchased the Vigo about 3 months ago, and we love it. The matte black finish compliments our new kitchen decor perfectly. It has great pressure for washing those stubborn dishes, and the weighted return works perfectly every time. Love that it comes with the smart water alarm, this will save us from costly repairs in the future should we spring a leak.

I bought this to install in our new kitchen. Overall, it's very smart looking in black. A couple small areas got scratched. I don't know if it was out of the box or during installation. Gold (or brass) is showing through. Installation was ok. I like the spacer feature really helps in stabilizing the faucet. I wish there was a wrench included since I have a 10 inch deep sink. Getting the nut tightened was a bit difficult.

I was nervous buying this faucet online without touching it. I had gone to several stores to see the displays and so many of them feel cheaply made. This came beautiful packaged and a soon as I lifted it out of the box I knew I had a winner. It is heavy and feels well built. We have had it for almost 2 months and I couldn't be happier. See attached pictures, but forgive the mess lol the kitchen reno was still in progress when I took this.

I installed this faucet myself and have used it for about 3 weeks. So far the faucet seems to be very well made! It came with new water lines which surprised me. This faucet was a good value and the addition of the water lines made it an even better deal. Great so far!

I bought this faucet about a month ago to replace the existing faucet in the kitchen and I'm glad I did. It looks really great and functions well. The matte black finish gives an excellent look and the sprayer works great. Overall this is a great product.
