I have VIGO products in my home so it made sense to purchase a Vigo kitchen faucet. Overall, the faucet is exactly what I was looking for in form and function however, the sensor option doesn’t really function for me and we ended up disconnecting it.

This is a great faucet, my only issue is when on the flow setting some water drips out from the little holes that are for the spray setting. Also it would be nice if this was spotless stainless, water spot drive me crazy. Other than that, it works fantastic and I love the look.

Beautiful faucet. Would give it 4.5 instead of 4 if I could. Only issue is despite removing flow restrict or, still a little weak flow. When you pull down on the hose it does increase though. Also the push button at the front rotates with the hose requiring you to go underneath and rotate the hose back. So think of that when installing the weight underneath. Other than that really do love it. Looks amazing and seems well built, not at all cheaply assembled. Even comes with its own 3/8 in. high quality hoses, saving us more money. Care was put in to it. Oh and the packaging was Apple-like in its detail. Faucet even came in a felt bag in the box. I recommend it for sure.

It was installed 3 weeks ago and looks great with my new black granite sink. Just cant say enough. Sprayer / regular faucet works smoothly and flawlessly. Super easy installation and instructions. I have gotten many "WOW" comments from all who have seen it. Gives the kitchen pop!

I received this faucet as a Christmas Gift. It was pretty straight forward to install and Looks super cool. My one concern is the sprayer. Like in previous reviews, I was aware that the sprayer is plastic, not metal. I hope it holds up. Also, the spray is a little weak. Not as powerful as I was hoping. It still does the job and looks great!

This faucet is exactly what we wanted. It looks fantastic, feels well made, and performs well. I’ve had zero issues with water flow as some reviewers mentioned. In fact, it is stronger than my old faucet which had a higher stated flow rate. The sprayer function turns on and off reliably, unlike my old faucet, and it has a strong spray. The host is long enough to reach every part of our 32” sink and it retracts well on its own. I have only had the faucet for a month at this point but I’m very happy with it so far.

Beautiful faucet, goes well with the dark granite. Working okay so far. Only complaints are the water spray pressure, the length of the hose (it sits closer to the front of the sink and wished it was more in the middle) and I can see tiny horizontal sprays when it's in the regular faucet mode. Hope this doesnt become a problem as it is used. Also hose is kinda short

There are many faucets out here but they pale in comparison to the Vigo pull down faucet. Quality, ease of use, versatility of two water streams, are major attributes. The one thing that attracts people to comment is the beauty and contrast of my black and gold Vigo faucet. It stands out and adds a sparkle to my kitchen.

Had two family members recently purchase this faucet to finish off their kitchen renovations and we followed suit. They both had matte black, we bought the graphite. Both are equally attractive. The design and finish are beautiful and it really adds a lot of character to the kitchen. I couldn't recommend it more....but will add a few notes for prospective buyers. Considerations for future customers: -Pay attention to measurements of this faucet and imagine it in your sink. We have an irregular shaped cut in our granite (double basin 60/40 split stainless sink, with the smaller basin 2" shorter) and I feel that when the faucet hangs over the smaller basin the water flows much closer to back edge of the sink than I'd prefer. Anyway, not a knock on the facet at all.....just a reminder to measure against your sink first. We upgraded to this pull-DOWN faucet from a pull-OUT faucet and I never considered it. -The stabilizing mechanism for the pull-down hose is essentially a gate that the head needs to slide into when you're done using it. Having come from a pull-out faucet, it's definitely a bit more work in that you have to consciously make the head fit in the gate as opposed to letting gravity and the faucet hose weight under the sink yank the thing right back into its natural resting place. I even noticed magnetic systems on some pull-down faucets when I was shopping, which is also kind of a brilliant mindless setup. Anyway, it's a minor nuissance that I'm willing to deal with because I love the aesthetics. -The install was simple enough, although I preferred many of the parts (under the counter) from the old, basic builder-grade unit (from a major manufacturer) that it was replacing. The old lock nut as part of the mounting kit was easier to manipulate in a tight space, the hoses running to the incoming hot/cold water lines were a little longer on the old unit (the Vigo hose running to my cold line was just barely long enough to connect without some modifications), and the previous unit utilized a quick-connect system to hook up the faucet hose whereas the Vigo had to be fitted and tightened manually. Not a major deal, but at the price point for this beautiful faucet it would have been nice to have been treated with these things. Hope this may help. To conclude, I'm extremely happy with the build quality, looks and wonderful operation of this faucet and would gladly recommend it to others.

We purchased the matte black faucet and I absolutely love it! The design is beautiful and is a great addition to our kitchen! I love that it's touchless, it meets all of our needs and is exactly what I was looking for in a faucet. It did take a little while to install, the hoses that came with it were not the same size as the old faucet so we had to buy attachments at the hardware store to make it work. But I am very happy with the outcome!
