We bought this faucet about a month ago and we liked the look of it. Installing it was easy but the only thing that has annoyed us was that the sprayer button is not straight. No matter what we do to turn it it stays on the side and not front and center

I absolutely love this new Vigo faucet. The stainless steel is true to detail, the height it spot on, the handsfree works perfectly and the water pressure and reach of hose is ideal. I would highly recommend if you aren't a skilled handyman or plumber (I am NOT) to hire someone to do it. Apologies for the photo that was the best angle I could capture.

I didn't ever have a faucet like this but decided to try one. I love the flexible hose I can spray out the sinks with. We love the height because my chef (boyfriend) could fit the big stock pot under it at Thanksgiving. Couldn't do that with old faucet! Even though it's taller, it doesn't splash the counters like my old one. BF said it was more challenging to install but we did it.

Love the look and features of this faucet. Good size, not too tall like some others. My husband installed it with no problems. He used plumbers tape for all the connections and so far so good. After a few months now, the pull down has started to drip just a few drops after use. It came assembled so nothing we did. Getting ready to call service. Except for this problem, would have given it a 5 rating.

I bought this faucet to pair with a new large single bowl sink and I just love it. The head mounted switch that goes from spray to stream is well placed and works great. I love the height of the arm too. Overall, I don't know of anything I would change about this faucet. I'm just very glad I chose this Vigo faucet.

I bought this product almost a month ago and it is excellent

Bought this a few ago to replace our broken one. We are happy with it and looks great! I just don’t like how the handle unscrews. I’ve had to tighten it so it doesn’t unscrew. I wish it was welded on or something. I’m worried it’ll break fast.

The water pressure isn’t as strong as my last faucet and the pull down isn’t as flexible to rinse the sink but it’s workable and gets the job done. I really like the look.

We have been using our faucet since August and we love it! We like the spring built retractable faucet. We have had others that never seemed strong on its functions and in time it would not retract at all. This faucet is sturdy and well built!

Three months in and we're still very pleased with the purchase! No issues with functionality or aesthetic. No chips yet on matt black finish. We get tons of complements on the upgrade. This at a great price point. Fantastic value!
