Purchased this faucet last May and in about 5 months was having issues with the button to change from spray setting to the pot filler stream. It would sometimes work, sometimes not, and eventually stopped working and we could only get the pot filler stream if actively pressing the button. I first emailed VIGO through the email address printed in the instruction manual, but the email came back undeliverable. Then I contacted customer service via the VIGO website, but never got a reply. I finally called the toll free number and was able to get ahold of a rep. I sent him a short video of the problem, and they promptly sent out a replacement sprayer head. The head arrived quickly, and it's actually far superior to the one that came with the faucet. The button on the side is different, so hopefully it will last longer than the original. Other than that issue, we're very happy with the faucet. No signs of rusting or color coming off the finish, and it looks great in the kitchen.

We purchased the Edison Stainless Steel kitchen faucet after seeing that item in use at a relative's house. A plumber installed the faucet as part of the process of installing a new sink and appeared to have little difficulty with it; it is a one-hole sink installation. The faucet appears well-made and has an excellent finish. The fixture arrived in a box that presented the item in high-end fashion -- wrapped in a fabric bag within a fitted carton. In the several months that have passed, we have enjoyed the use of the Edison faucet. The entire faucet assembly can turn side-to-side to reach different areas of the sink; the control handle is fixed in position. The faucet's side-mounted, lever handle easily controls water flow and temperature mix. The height of the faucet makes filling large pots easy and the pull-down spray is nicer to use than conventional pull-up sprays. The spray cradles in a holder mounted to the fixture and can be tilted in any direction once pulled out of its seat. A small rocker valve control on the faucet switches between aerated stream and spray and is easily changed whilst the faucet is held in one hand. The only criticism I will make is that the spray's cradle turns with the hose and gets in the way a bit. This is a very nice faucet and represents an excellent price/quality value.

This faucet is the best! It has less hosing under the sink so better for installation and making room for other stuff under the sink. Really great faucet, love using it, and would never pick a different kind. Trust me, get this one. Very smart looking also in the graphite black.

Absolutely beautiful faucet. The instructions are pretty straight forward, but it is somewhat lacking - they could have elaborated more on when to put the plumber's tape. They provide the plumbers tape which is a great extra. We needed the plate and this one with the plate was cheaper than the same faucet without the plate. Such a great find. 1 month in and no leaks. We love it so far

I purchased this to replace a Moen Show House because I wanted to take it to a new home. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this faucet! It was easy to install and works perfectly! Love the spray switch instead of the rubber button most of these faucets have. I found the rubber button breaks quickly. I feel this is a quality faucet.

I've been waiting for my new house to be finished then moving in to install the faucet. I decided to do it by myself but took me a while because the original conexion wasn't a match with the conexion of the VIGO faucet. Finally I got it and I love it. The only detail I don't like is the little dripping of water from the main faucet while I'm using the spray faucet part.

I was amazed at the weight of the box when my kitchen faucet arrived. Then amazed all over again at the quality and extent of the packaging. Proof of the product is when you start to use it and now after 3 months of use I LOVE my Vigo faucet even more. It’s this piece of art work in my kitchen.

The warranty is amazing it's a must to register your device. They are very helpful and got me the correct part I needed. Also it's the wife's new favorite part of the house she shows everyone that walks in "look out our new sink!" It looks great and functions great. The part that was lost from my kids taking it apart was next day mailed to me. Great customer service and I will definitely be using this brand for future sinks in my houses.

This is my second brand of pull-down faucet. Love the gooseneck feature and even tho I didn't choose this style the first time in 2015, having lived through two pforever replacements in the past, never again not noticing wear and tear on that hose. This one like my previous one is a looker, sharp and means business. Other reviewers noted low pressure. I think that has a lot to do with geography in general. We've never had pins and needles pressure. Maybe there is something hidden in these new environmentally friendly faucets that won't let anymore flow than does. I wash all dishes by hand, still, after bad luck with replacement dishwashers the last 3 years. I'm still looking for the right value on that. We have a 155 gal aquarium that requires regular maintenance and use of the kitchen sink and faucet. Glad to say I can still fill buckets with this faucet too. It's so easy to swivel the faucet out of the way to get buckets in and out of sink. Washing hair, hmmmm! I just wish that 8-1/4" stabilizer bar was a little more so that when swung over my double stainless steel sink it would center better. The sprayer is just a little tough to pull out in just the right way to get all the shampoo rinsed out but on deep condition days it's easier to just go to the sink and rinse hair. The handle doesn't take much at all to make the water flow. Easy does it. I don't want that thing to break. I've been around enough pieces of equipment, computer or otherwise that need some tough love, but this is not it. The on/off button for spray needs more accuracy than my previous one and it's not a big deal that it stays where you left it like in spray mode. When the time comes to replace the aerator I hope it's not a big deal. As far as the hose not wanting to remain in it's holster. The day before the install I watched a ton of those streaming videos about faucets in general. One handyman type guy was going over the positioning of the hose and weight below the sink. I listened, relayed info to my installer, not too many weird looks, did what he said and so far altho it's not automatic, with little guidance it goes back in place and doesn't want to creep it's way back out.

Love the features and actually are 2nd of the same design. 1st faucet lasted us a few years and 2 issues required us to purchase new. Chrome finish started peeling and the mechanism to switch from single stream to sprayer stopped working. Having said that, we had many years of faithful operation.
