Very easy to install. Make sure you have enough clearance, because it is a tall faucet. Just cut my window sill back one inch and it was fine. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that my wife loves it too! Lol. She was hesitant when I told her I ordered a faucet for our new kitchen that I installed, but she matched the new cabinet handles to it and loves it. The spray control has two settings and covers the entire area of the new deep sink. Packaged in a great box for shipping. Very well made and will probably out last me!

I am very satisfied with my purchase and the performance of the faucet so far. The ability to turn the water on/off without touching and extend the spout is a game changer. It is fairly new so I'm curious to see how long the 4 AA batteries which operates the sensor will last. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I'd prefer the sensor to be off to the side instead of in front. Being in front causes me to inadvertently turn the water on and off when washing dishes or working in the sink.

We bought this faucet 4 weeks ago and it has served us well so far. The button to switch from steady flow to spray is very sensitive so you can switch back and forth with ease. The faucet swivels all the way around so that presents another level of convenience. The pull down feature is the only draw back for us because the top of the metal swirl hits the ring every time you pull down on the hose which is a bit annoying. Other than that, it’s been a great purchase. Works well, no major concerns.

We bought this as part of a redesign and update of our Kitchen and man did it bring the class! It's a gorgeous fixture that works very well and is quite simple to install. The uninstall of the old fixture was far more difficult than the installation of this one. It is incredibly stylish and very smooth. I love it!

Used to have the Danze Parma Pull-down faucet. It retails for $250-$300. I decided to try the Vigo, which looks just like it except for the black water piping. Both products have plastic sprayers, which I still don't like but the Vigo is attractive, functional and so far, works great. The proof will be if Vigo stands behind the product. My Danze (plastic) faucet began to lose it's finish - it was chippng off (painted to look like stainless) and Danze replaced it for free. Hoping this will NOT occur with the Vigo but if it does, hoping Vigo will respond likewise.

It's a very nice product. You can feel the quality when you first open the box. My only negative (hopefully constructive) feedback is the part that holds the spray is a little too short. Perhaps it can be made to be extendable to accomodate larger sinks.

This was very easy to install. All the pieces were there needed for the installation. Directions were clear enough if you know what your doing. Faucet works great with no leaks. My wife loves it. Plus it was packaged very nice so to avoid damage before installing. Highly recommend this product.

We purchased this for our kitchen and it made a great impact in our home to update the look & is very good on function too. We installed it ourselves and that was not too hard. Our sinks are under mount and not easily changeable so we did the faucet update as a good start. Very happy. Thank you

Love this faucet. It is very sturdy and functions extremely well. We first went with a cheaper, different brand. I was not pleased with the weight or the functionality of the first faucet and felt it would need replacing within a year or two. We returned the first faucet and replaced it with this Vigo faucet. I definitely feel like the extra money was well worth it. And it looks amazing!

The VIGO Edison Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet appears to be well designed and built of quality materials. The installation instructions were clearly written and the only challenge to installation was that the existing single hole in our counter top was too narrow and had to be enlarged to install the faucet. The valve in the faucet spout has a single press function to change the output back and forth from stream to spray and the spout extends around 30 cm from its mount to easily reach around our 75 cm diameter single bowl kitchen sink. After a month's use we're very pleased with this VIGO product.
