Not much to complain about

This is a good size couch for my teens hang out area. It was easy to put together and comfortable enough for what it’s used for. The storage are is great. My biggest issue is that it arrived with a mark on one of the cushions. Hoping resolve will take it out as the cushions aren’t reversible.

Nice couch, but durability is awful!

Bought this couch on Black Friday, 2019. When we bought it, the couch was nice and we really really liked it. One and a half years later, mechanically the pull out part still works well. The durability of the rest of the couch is awful though. The cushions are worn off and you could already feel the springs when you sit. The seats are starting wear off and threads are coming out. Best to invest elsewhere paying a few more hundred dollars than having to buy a couch every a couple of years.

Pretty but difficult to assemble

It’s a very pretty piece esp for small spaces but it is extremely difficult to put together, . It is also extremely hard.

new couch for apartment

Beautiful! At first I thought it had cuts in the fabric from forklift damage on the box it arrived in, but it was cut for easy assembly to put other pieces into sections. I love the couch, outstanding price.

Not a good product to buy...

First of all thanks to SAMS club for placing a replacement order. I didn't receive the first one that I ordered (received only single box). Assembling the sectional is very difficult. The center sectional should be placed in to couch and the hand rest. The black colour inner material is pretty cheap one. U will definitely tear it while assembling the sectional. Overall not a great product. My brand new sectional inner cloth is already tore in 3 or 4 places.

Here at our warehouse, we just put one together, and found it simple and the couch looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL. For delivery, yes some pieces may be separated in transit. DO NOT BUY FROM ABBYSON!!

Abby son has the worst customer service! They sent me different sofa. The delivery was supposed to be on December 9th but the boxes arrived one week late. The boxes were damaged from outside and when I opened the box, the sofa smelled bad. It looked like they sent me used sofa (probably returned by previous customer) and just sprayed some chemical to probably disinfect it. The parts in the boxes are not what it supposed to be. They sent me cheap plastic base which actually supposed to be strong wooden ones. I have asked sam’s club for the replacement but they are not responding to my calls eve after providing them with references numbers. Abbyson customer support number is also receiving any calls and automated messages just cutting off the calls. I am stuck with two big dirty boxes in the apartment with smelly sofa and neither sam’s club nor Abbyson is helping me to get those out of the apartment either through return or replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM ABBYSON!!

Also, we have not shipped ANY items that were returned. Indeed, some FedEx shipments did arrive later than expected, but there should be no smell at all, and boxes do get dirty in transit.
