We had not tried this brand of queso shredded she's designed for quesadilla and other Mexican Delights. Sure enough it worked great in my enchilasagna, it works great for nachos and quesadillas and I suspect anything else you'd want to use it for. It has a very mild flavor and is extremely meltable!
