    Literally a lifesaver. I was getting crazy anxiety after covid. Every day I would wake up and feel a pit in my stomach as if I was going to make a speech in front of 10,000 ppl. As soon as I started taking these religiously every day I noticed such a difference. That feeling in my stomach was gone. It doesn’t change you, or make you feel different.     I started taking this a few months back and have noticed being calmer and having better results from workouts. I’ve been sleeping better. Now if I miss it I can tell the first day. One of the few vitamins that I take that has helped this much and can feel the results.
