    We have been using these for for several years. We were both diagnosed with thyroid issues and rather than going Prescription we chose Ashwagandha.     I started taking this a few months back and have noticed being calmer and having better results from workouts. I’ve been sleeping better. Now if I miss it I can tell the first day. One of the few vitamins that I take that has helped this much and can feel the results.
