I recently bought this chair online. The next day, I rested my arm on the right armrest and it broke. I can not adjust the right side due to these small cheap plastic stoppers that are meant to hold it up.

Armrest broke within 2 days of purchase

The seat is comfortable,  the breathability of the back mesh is nice,  the headrest is a pain in the butt because it constantly snaps-off with little pressure,  and isn't comfortable nor adjustable to be comfortable. Overall,  I use it for about 16 hours a day at least 5 days a week,  so I'll definitely be putting build quality and longevity to a test,  and will update to that end when i know more.

It's okay, could be better, but I've sat in worse.

I brought this chair a little over three months ago and this is how its been. The setup process wasn't too difficult especially working without a manual. Now, the mesh backing started to separate from the frame within a month after purchasing. It also squeaks when moving around in the chair. Not a big fan and won't be recommending it.

Quality is lacking!

It’s a comfortable chair but not completely level I tried to tighten the screws and adjust it but it didn’t help or correct the problem…doesn’t seem like a big deal but after long periods of sitting your back and hips will hurt…I’m debating returning it because this isn’t a cheap chair…seeing if I can get one that’s level…

Chair comes apart

I bought this chair 14 months ago.  The mesh suspension is now failed along one side, rendering the chair unusable. 

Prior to the failure I really liked the chair.

Good chair, but didn't last

We purchased about 2+ of these chairs for around our office.  5 of them are already starting to have the mesh back rip away from the frame or wear out after less than 6 months.  Poorly designed, poor quality fabric.  And the manufacturer isn't standing behind their product.  Giving me the run around in ordering parts, asking for photos on multiple occasions, telling me parts are on back order.  Stay away from these chairs and this company.

Cheap craftsmanship - mesh backs tearing

Poor quality for the price.  I have had the chair since January of 2023 and the lift is failing to stay in the same position.  It seems to go down when nobody is sitting on it.

The chair wasn't in my house more than two weeks before the staples started coming loose that hold the mesh on the back to the frame.  The chair is going back this week.

Its way to short even when fully extended , I would not recommend it. I had to buy a new piston to raise the hight of the chair keepnin mind Im 6'4" tall.
