Heating Instructions

Our grilled sweet teriyaki flavored chicken fillets are easy to prepare. Simply heat them in a conventional oven (preferred method) or microwave. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F.

Conventional Oven (Preferred Method)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place frozen thigh fillets on foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Microwave

1. Arrange frozen thigh fillets on microwave safe plate.

2. Heat, covered with microwave safe wrap, on high - do not overheat:

- 1 fillet for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

- 2 fillets for 3.5 to 4 minutes.

- 3 fillets for 4.5 to 5 minutes.

3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

I throw a few pieces if this chicken in the airfryer and microwave a rice pouch from the cupboard, open a can of green beans and that's a quick dinner. My daughter will add this to her ramen.
