At 63 and trying to stay out of covids way, I decided to try Total gym. Its very easy to use and works out all muscle groups I like to target. The Sams Club XL7 is a fantastic value compared to the TG website. Im extremely happy i found this on SC online.

Decent Machine

I bought this for my wife and daughters. They like it and I haven't heard any complaints about it, yet. They like to work out, but don't like free weights or weight machines. This is neither of those, it is entirely different. Easy to assemble and some of the exercises are interesting. You can get a good work out from the machine; my wife and kids just have to get used to some of the movements. They can be a bit odd, from a traditional workout. Easy to assemble since most of it is already put together. Directions are easy to follow, and the components seem like they are of decent quality. It doesn't take up that much floor space, it can be folded down and stored under a bed if the bed is tall enough. Overall, not a bad machine. Well, now it is time to for me to work out. Time to go and eat some brisket.

Love it

It is resistance training and feels really good. Ordered through Sam's and I'm still learning the workouts. I haven't watched the videos yet, but have found some of my favorite exercises with the provided book. I really like the abdominal core and arm exercises. This is great since it doesn't take up much room and switching the equipment to work different muscles is pretty easy.
