I love this!  I eat this at least twice a week.  Sometimes I eat it with cinnamon applesauce on the toasted bread, sometimes with grape jelly on it.  One slice has lots of raisins in it, to me, more than any other kind, and the bread is actually good to eat just plain or not toasted.  Enjoy!
