Ways to Prepare Tattooed Chef Mexican Style Street Corn
This purchase includes two 14 oz. bags of this plant-rich food. The following cooking directions are for one bag.
Skillet (Preferred Preparation Method): Set one cheese packet aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add one 14 oz. bag of corn and sauce pellets into the skillet, saute until sauce pellets melt and completely coat corn (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat, sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
Microwave: Set one cheese packet aside and place one 14 oz. unopened bag in the microwave. Do not pierce bag. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. The bag will slowly inflate as vent will allow steam to escape. Pickup up bag from corners, open carefully and pour into a serving dish. Sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
