Assembly was straight forward using simple hand tools. I then hooked the machine up to a standard garden hose making sure there were no leaks and primed the system. I then (after priming) plugged in the pressure washer and turned it on ( checking again for any leaks) and it worked perfectly as described in the manual.

I love my Sun Joe pressure washer!  I am 71 years young and it was a huge help for me with spring cleaning!!  I used it to wash screen and my outside windows!  Then I pressure washed my back patio!  It worked great and so easy for a widow to get a lot of spring cleaning done!

Gets the job done. Not too heavy, good coverage with wand hose. Some of the accessory parts should just be removed before using as they are apt to fall off/out when changing location of unit. (The wand storage cup is not secured well and falls off when used in grassy areas.)

Great value for the money

I loved everything but the plastic nozzle. It arrived already cracked. Which I read after the fact was a huge issue. I returned and got the next model up with the metal nozzle. Sams was great about the return and I felt bad. It did work well crack and all it just lost a lot of pressure.

Almost perfect

I ordered this item online and when I opened the box, one of the wheels was broken off, it could not be fixed.  I returned it to the store and was told I couldn't exchange it for another because I purchased it online.   I got it on sale so if I wanted it replaced I would have had to pay an additional $40,   Not a good policy Sam's club

not a happy customer!

Failed after third use. Machine will not turn off when releasing the trigger, it just pulses and shakes until I manually turn the knob to OFF.

Used twice and stopped working. Returned it yesterday.

Thought I had a good deal

Returned the unit.  It did not work.  Followed all tne instructions for use, but the output of water was never stronger than that from the garden hose.  Not sure the motor was working at all, made no sound when switched on.

Didn't work

This pressure washer is junk. Water started to leak from multiple places within the first 10 minutes of use. My old Harbor Freight $99 pressure washer lasted 10 years without any issues. I returned this unit to Sam's Club the next day. This is manufacturer issue, and Sam's Club should not be blamed for this awful piece of equipment. I did not wanted to try another unit,  because I was afraid of the possibility that the new unit would break again.

Pressure washer works pretty good. Only real complaint I have is that the included foam cannon is poorly designed. The foam cannon does not work up any substantial foam like the other I have does and it continually fell out of the wand. After about 10 minutes use it had either fell out of the wand or the tank holding the foam came off at least 8 times. Lost almost all the washing soap on the ground. 

That is a deal breaker for me so I returned it.
