Let me preface this review by saying that while I like macarons, they generally are not my go-to dessert choice. Mostly because when I've purchased them in the past, they are either too dry/crumbly, not flavorful, or too old to be any good. THESE ARE NOT THAT! These are macaron perfection, especially when you consider that they are frozen and have to be thawed before you eat them.
After I pulled these out of the freezer and divvied them up for my husband, two kids, and myself, we waited all of 5 minutes before we couldn't wait any longer (the box says to wait 30 minutes). Then came the first bite and oh my word. The outside was crackly and airy, and held together well, while the inside was moist and tender. The creamy centers were just the right thickness and flavor complement to the chewy exterior.
The Chocolate Fudge had the right amount of chocolate without it being too rich. Vanilla Bean was similar, with a buttery vanilla flavor. Raspberry was a clear winner in the flavor-profile and had a flavor reminiscent of a raspberry jelly donut. I also really enjoyed the lemon's tartness. The chocolate orange was a bit jarring seeing the chocolate cream sandwiched in the orange macaron shell, but it tastes very similar to those chocolate oranges that look like a real orange. And the Amaretti is a very mild amaretto flavor (this one was my least favorite because I was hoping for a stronger amaretto flavor, but I know many people who would say the subtle flavor is preferrable).
All in all, I would definitely purchase these again to take to a holiday party. They are a solid choice for a good quality macaron. Highly recommended.

Who knew frozen macarons could be so good?

Great buy for great flavors, 6 fudge, 6 vanilla bean, 6 raspberry, chocolate orange, 6 almond and 6 lemon are the flavors. My daughter loves them all, especially the vanilla bean. These are cheaper than our local grocery stores.im happy with the purchase and hope Sam’s keeps them in stock.

I was very skeptical about buying frozen macarons. My family is a bunch of foodies and they did not think they would like these at all. Wow, were they surprised! They loved them. The favorite flavor for us was the chocolate orange and the amaretti. But honestly all of the flavors were a hit. The macarons tasted fresh and light and delicious, you would not have known they were previously frozen. A delicious treat for Italian dinner night!

All six of the included flavors ended up being someone's favorite! The flavors are a bit on the subtle side, but easily recognizable. The texture, especially for being frozen and then thawed, was very good! I was honestly surprised at how fresh they tasted! The colors are vivid and are presented very nicely in the container. These macarons would be a perfect treat for upcoming holiday celebrations! I'm planning to purchase another package because I NEED more of those lemon macarons (my favorite flavor!)

Would work well for a party or similar occasion. Would buy again at the right price. Definitely follow the directions and leave them in the freezer and then pull them out before serving.

We did a fun taste test session with my family for these macarons. They are a great value and they have a very light, clean flavor profile. We gave them 4 stars, because we thought the flavors could be a little stronger, but they weren't completely missing the mark either. The ratio of cookie to filling is excellent, the texture is spot on, and they for sure look amazing. The combination of flavors in the box is a nice assortment, and I would definitely have them on my list for something to purchase for a holiday gathering. The adults in my family loved the Amaretti the best, and the kids' favorite was the Chocolate Fudge. The least preferred flavors were probably lemon or raspberry -- and we didn't dislike them, they just could've been stronger in the fruit flavors. All in all, a great purchase, and highly recommended for the value!

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. These macarons were very colorful and fun. They were packaged nicely and came in a lot of good flavors. They were a perfect snack and easy to store in the freezer.  Just took a few out when needed. My kids love them. They were a little difficult to find. Not all locations carry them.

Fabulous colorful fun snack!

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review.  I have been eyeing these for a few years now and was thrilled to be able to test them.  I bought macarons from an upscale bakery in the past and they were heavenly- but too expensive!!  These Members Mark macarons can be a tasty edition to a holiday cookie tray. The chocolate orange and raspberry were my favorites.  Since they are meringue cookies, they will not stay crisp forever.  It's important to follow the serving directions and refrigeration times. I gave them 4 stars because they are so close to a bakery macaron , but not quite.  Nonetheless, it's nice to have an affordable option!! Will buy them again for the holidays.

These macaroons are beautiful on the table with great fall colors.  My granddaughter definitely gave these a great review.  For the adults who enjoyed these there was only about a 20% return for continued tasting.  We did not appreciate the flavors that were offered with this batch of macaroons.

These macarons are awful. Each one was mushy and bland. The filling seemed like it was made with gelatin and was not the texture you’ve come to expect. I do not recommend these.
