I went to the Sams club to pickup dinner after work 1 day and saw the car key express van out front. My '06 Ford Expedition key was broken so I couldn't put it on a key chain. I hated that because I always feared I'd lose the key 1 day. I walked over to the van and asked for the price of this key. It was super affordable so I asked for 2 keys to be made. I went into the Sams, did my shopping with scan and go and when I came out I had my 2 keys ready and programmed to my SUV. No time wasted. Glad I saw that van.

Best Service

I went to pick up my order and I saw the key van there, I got 2 keys for my car for $285, the keys work perfectly

Quick and Efficient

I bought key fobs at Sam's, 12-6-23. The service was great and Joshua got me in and out in no time. He was funny and had great service. Key fobs were a lot less than the dealerships!

Good price!

I needed new batteries for two key fobs for my Nissan Murano and saw the Car Keys Express van outside Sams Club in Naples , Florida.  I didn't want to spend time at the dealership so in hopes of saving time and money I gave them a try. The price and service were excellent and took only five minutes. Mission accomplished. Jim was very helpful with my questions.

Quick and affordable

I have used Car Key Express twice to make a new key and fobs. Both times, the service was great timely, and everything has been fine and working great. It is way more affordable than the dealership or hardware stores. Thank you. 💜

Satisfied

Was told remote start and panic. Got none of that. I paid money for nothing. Did not have time to go back inside for refund. This is a scam.

Did not work

The car key guy told me he'd have to order the key for my Honda, told me to call him when I get it and he'll come cut and program it. 

Took 4 days to arrive, not too bad. I call the guy, he tells me he's at another club, 80 mile round trip. I said I can't get down there, he says call him Monday. 

I call him today, he tells me he can't meet me and I'll need to go where he's at next week to get it done. This is completely unacceptable. I called their customer service and they said I can return the key to the sams' club I bought it from, they wouldn't allow me to get it cut at any of their other locations. So I'll be doing that tomorrow, and heading to the local lock smith to get it programmed in minutes. This was a complete waste of my time.

WASTE of your TIME

Car Key Express sells keys through Sam's Club, but their involvement ends there. Car Key Express's Customer Service is NOT GOOD!

My experience: Bought a key from the Car Key Express “service van” at the Folsom Sam's Club; paid for the key inside. Key was received semi-timely. Getting the key “programmed was the real problem. 

My instructions were to call upon key receipt, to schedule “key programming”. Car Key Express's “service number” is TEXT ONLY, you cannot speak their service people via telephone.

So I text my salesperson, who advised the service van was in the Bay area and suggested I drive there to get my key programmed. I assumed my key would be programmed at the location I bought it. No!

I asked when she would be back in Folsom? The service tech advised the service van would be in South Sacramento in a couple weeks. I left work, drove 50 plus miles to their Sam's Club location, and was advised to “go shop” as it was “going to take a while”. I finally got my key programmed and it works.

I wouldn't do it again. I wouldn't do it IF I WERE YOU!

Don't Do It. Inconvenient! No Set Schedule.
