Cold Water Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter ( 4 x 3-4 oz. each)

Known as American Lobsters, cold water lobsters or by their scientific name Homarus americanus. Whatever you call them, these lobsters are legendary for their sweet, succulent flavor and firm texture. Our cold water lobster tails are sustainability trap-caught in the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic and fresh processed to preserve quality and freshness. The 3-4 ounce tails are ideally sized to for a surf-and-turf platter or a twin lobster tail dinner. Packaged with Garlic Parmesan Butter to complement and enhance the natural flavor. Lobster tails are great baked, broiled, grilled, steamed or boiled.

Thawing Instructions

21-25 Jumbo Raw Shrimp: For best results thaw shrimp by placing in a colander and cover. Place colander on a plate and refrigerate to 8-10 hours. Rinse shrimp with cold water.

Dry Sea Scallops with Garlic Butter: Thaw in refrigerator over-night.

Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Fillet: Thaw in refrigerator over night.

Cold Water Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter: Thaw in refrigerator over-night.

Simple Recipes

21-25 Jumbo Raw Shrimp: Season shrimp to taste. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Lightly coat the bottom of pan with olive oil or butter. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and has an internal temperature of 145°F.

Dry Sea Scallops with Garlic Butter: Drain liquid from thawed scallops. Pre-heat sauté pan to medium high heat. Add garlic butter to pan. Once the butter melts and starts to bubble add Sea Scallops in single layer. Flip scallops when the bottoms are golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Fillet: Preheat oven to 450°F. Season salmon to taste. Place thawed salmon on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 450 for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.

Cold Water Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully split upper shell length-wise with knife. Place Garlic Butter on top of tails and wrap in foil. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from foil and broil for 2 minutes.
