Great easy gift

I get these on a regular basis for my kids, and their friends especially during the summer and most of the time it works great! The kids get an email, and they can load it themselves usually. So it's great for fully digital kiddos. However, lately, 1 out of 4  purchase gets canceled and "flagged", frustrating. Could be an online glitch, or maybe Walmart is trying to help me save money! Ha.

Great & Easy purchase

Purchased the physical card for my teenage Daughter, I will never do that again.
The numbers were destroyed upon scratch off. Had to contact Roblox and see if they
could help because we could not id all of the numbers. From now on I will only 
purchase digital cards. They arrive within a matter of less than an hour and are and less hassle.

Do not recommend the physical version

I bought 2 $25 roblox gift cards. I gave them as gifts to two of my friend’s children. They told me that only one of them was working. I contacted the costumer service via the chat live. I sent them the screen shot of the email that includes the order number and the roblox codes. The consumer service representative told me they’ll contact me by email. It’s been a week since I contacted them but still no official response. No refund, no reissue of gift card, no store credit, no apology for the inconvenience, no formal acknowledgment of the complaint. It is very disappointing.
